The best handheld gaming PCs are pretty hot these days, with several big-name players getting into the market. One of those big players is Lenovo, which offers its Legion Go family running your choice of Windows 11 or SteamOS. Best Buy is currently running a sale on one of its flagship Legion Go S configurations with SteamOS, bringing the price down to just $649.99, down from an MSRP of $899.99.
The configuration from Best Buy features an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, 32GB LPDDR5X-6400 memory, and a 1TB SSD. Naturally, I reviewed this exact configuration back in June and came away impressed with its performance (especially compared to the earlier Windows 11-based Legion Go S with a Ryzen Z2 Go processor.
Lenovo's flagship Legion Go S (SteamOS) features an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and an 8-inch 1920 x 1200 IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Spec-wise, the Legion Go S compared quite favorably with the top-end Steam Deck OLED, which is also priced at $649. Both machines come with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage, but the Legion Go S has a faster processor, a higher-resolution display (1920 x 1200 vs 1280 x 800), and a higher refresh rate (120 Hz vs 90 Hz).
However, the Legion Go S isn't perfect. The tiny touchpad is sometimes finicky to use, and my observed sub-3-hour runtimes when gaming might not appeal to everyone. But with the current sale price and the performance the Legion Go S with SteamOS provides, it's hard to pass up this handheld gaming value. — Brandon Hill

In addition, motion processing was top-notch, and calibration was stellar right out of the factory. In fact, we couldn’t find any significant flaws with the AW3423DWF, although the competition has no doubt gotten stronger in the three years since Alienware released the monitor.

The Bambu Lab A1 Mini is a tiny 3D printer (180 x 180 x 180mm print volume), but it prints exceptionally well. In our review, we praised how fast it can print and how easy it is to set up (auto bed leveling and auto configuration), making this the ideal 3D printer for those new to the hobby. Heck, you could buy a couple of these and make a mini print farm for your online store. Using a Klipper-style firmware, the A1 Mini can zip around the print bed, turning your designs into reality. Using linear rails means there is little or no friction, unlike older printers that use wheels in a grooved channel.
A cheap 3D printer usually means that you have to put a lot of work into getting a great print. But not with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. This is an awesome printer in a super-small package.
The direct drive extruder and the optional AMS (mult-material system to print multiple colors or filaments) make short work of multi-color and multi-material prints. All you need to do is get a “poop bucket” to catch the waste filament. The optional AMS takes the price to $329, which is $130 off the normal price.
If you don’t need to print big, then this little printer is ideal. Wargamers and modelers will soon be printing figures, statues, and scenery with this great printer.

I’ve had mine since March 2025, paying my own money for this great printer. So far, I’ve printed toolkit organizers , stands to secure shelving, etc. But my boldest project saw me print an entire PC case from PETG, all using the Elegoo Centauri Carbon .
