Yeah I REALLY want one /s Right, because apparently SSDs now boot up, install spyware, steal all your files, and livestream them to Beijing the second they touch a nvme port. …but the Chinese manufactured motherboard, GPU, RAM, router, and smartphone you’re using are totally fine? Everything manufactured has something in it made in China …. In reality the worst thing a cheap SSD is likely to do is die early or have questionable NAND. The whole “instant spyware drive” thing exists in paranoid imaginations. YMTC is already in our SSDs Reply
