This way people less likely to risk it and if they do get caught they might be willing to oust their employer to make sure they also suffer. and you may think: "thats a bit extreme" and I would agree however people need to realize sabotage is a business & look at business…they don't stop when they aren't really bothered by the punishment. Extremes have their place. Only when the punishment is way more punishing than the reward does business change. Reply
