According to u\Lucky_Mess4798 , the card is in working condition and, based on the shared photo, appears to be an MSI-branded model. A respectable 1080p gaming GPU for its time, the GTX 1660 Super typically sells for $50 to $100 on used marketplaces, making this purchase stand out as a rare find.

Released back in October 2019, the GeForce GTX 1660 Super featured Nvidia’s Turing architecture. With a launch price of $229, one of the highlight features of the GTX 1660 Super was the faster GDDR6 memory compared to GDDR5 on the non-Super GTX 1660, which offered a boost in bandwidth and overall performance.

Sadly, it lacked any dedicated hardware for ray tracing or DLSS, thus making it one of the last GPUs before the RTX series went mainstream. The GPU is still quite capable, as it can handle popular eSports games and certain older titles with some minor tweaking (like FSR) required for demanding games due to its limited 6GB VRAM. While the GTX 1660 Super may not be as powerful as some of the more recent offerings, getting it for just $8.40 still makes it a great deal.
