LordVile Weird they didn’t state the price. Also “runs” isn’t the same as “playable”. As noted in the article one of the games runs at 8FPS Reply

Just goes to show that just pretty graphics won't sell your game… 1. Counter-Strike 2 2. PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS 3. Dota 2 4. Apex Legends 5. Black Myth: Wukong 6. Helldivers 2 7. Path of Exile 2 8. TerryLaze I wonder if they realize that they are the only supplier of APUs to the consoles (xbox/ps) , the steamdeck/machine ,as well as to most of the other handhelds…. most of them have linux and don't run games natively…. Basically they are saying that you shouldn't use AMD on linux devices?!?!?! Reply

ezst036 Apple basically followed the model Valve used for the Steam Machine 1.0 (2018) – port your games to Apple Metal! Apple is just not serious, that model was already proven to fail. Apple have never cared about gamers and gaming and this is a generational attitude of theirs. That's why Linux has way more serious gamers on it these days than than Mac even though Mac has like 25% of the desktop marketshare and Linux only has 5% marketshare. For gaming, Linux is just the better platform for Windows escapees. Reply
