This isn’t the first time that SupportAssist Remediation has caused similar crashes. A Dell forum thread from January last year described the same BSOD pattern on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines after a SupportAssist Remediation update, with WinDbg analysis again identifying the Dell software as the cause. That earlier thread went unresolved by Dell support.
Aside from causing blue screen crashouts, Dell’s SupportAssist suite has previously been found to contain significant vulnerabilities, allowing remote attackers to gain administrative privileges on Dell PCs.

SchNiVas We're experiencing this. We are yet to confirm that removing Dell SupportAssist resolves the issue, but we had 1 Dell SFF yesterday and 1 Dell Laptop today that reported BSOD issues exactly as reported here. I will also note that neither of the systems are the models reported in the article. One is a Optiplex 7090 SFF XCTO, the laptop from today is a Pro 16 Plus (PB16250) XCTO. THANK YOU for posting about this. Reply
