These little side projects help develop peoples knowledge and skills that will then be put to use on other projects, they're not generally a wasted endeavor. Also, just because you do not see the value in something, does not mean that others will not. Its how we have gotten to where we are, stumbling through one problem and project at a time and applying what was learned. Reply
