abufrejoval Nice, everybody got what they deserved. I guess you asked the robot vacuum company to sponsor the article but got refused and that's why they didn't get their name mentioned? Reply

usertests It's difficult to imagine a reason for being a convict that would garner more sympathy than that. He'll be lauded as a hero (mostly by other men) inside and outside of prison, should be able to get a new job easily, and might come out ahead financially even with the fine and 5 months of lost income compared to an alternate scenario where the divorce went through but he had to pay her e.g. $50-100k in assets. Sadly, we can only guess since the specific model was redacted from the court documents. And needless to say, that is not how Tom's Hardware operates. Reply

hotaru251 and argued that the sensors and lights on the robot vacuum cleaner weren't enough to indicate she was being filmed. and yet somehow in USA we are 100% happy being filmed by many smart cars around w/ no indication they are being recorded…. Reply

Samlebon2306 In America the cheating wife would get everything, including the house and the robot vacuum. Reply

Half of what's left over, doesn't matter how much she wittled away, or if her only contribution was consumption. Cheating, any kind, gross misconduct etc. won't change that, even if it means the kids fall off a cliff at 18. The fact that Taiwan still recognizes marriage as a bilateral contract is refreshing: any society that fails to uphold at least financial fielty towards family members, is doomed. Reply

bobdvb That headline is a mess. It really could do with being more succinct. Reply
