TrendForce still has conventional DRAM contract prices rising 13% to 18% in the third quarter , with NAND up 10% to 15%.

Gururu There MUST be some other word to use other than "shortage". It is a fallacy. It really makes it seem like there is less memory being produced than there was yesterday. The buyout and hoarding of memory by a few entities should not be called a "shortage". Reply
