Jabberwocky79 Where I think this could potentially shine is with older titles that could benefit the most from a graphics/lighting enhancement. Also, they would likely run much better as well. Games like Batman Arkham City come to mind, for example, since the PC never got a remastered version. Reply

If anything, Nvidia would even pay modders to keep doing what they're doing. Bring NR tech to Radeon GPUs is two-fer-one hit. It highlights DLSS superiority over FSR, and increases pressure on AMD to catch up. With GPU pricing as it is, the disparity is a bit academic, as gamers at this point would just welcome any release as good news. But it would be a cloud over any RDNA 5 release if it comes without NR. Reply

ZLUDA existing could help nvidia out of a lawsuitif it comes to it ("this exists so we aren't guilty") running dlss 5 on amd has no real lawsuit potential and can be shut down if they wanted. again not saying they would but you never know and better to not only host on the one place that will happily remove anything if asked.
