BBurke1337 Sigh, another company that's choosing to chase the AI market and screwing over the consumer once again. Though I dislike Nintendo for all the litigation and lawsuits they throw out at people that are trying to preserve the older games through emulation and ROMS for newer generations to play the same games us millennials played while we were growing up. I mean, for Christs sakes, I'd be more than happy to buy them on the store if they'd just put the games on the market! It's pretty much "We The People" don't matter anymore to these companies, they're so greedy now that they're dumping any consumer product line to make more of that sweet sweet data center money. It's disgusting. Reply

Yeah pretty much this but still. Getting old watching everyone drop consumer level gear for big AI. The bubble can't pop soon enough imo. Reply

The bubble can't pop soon enough imo. I know it's going to cause a lot of problems when the bubble bursts and hurt the economy quite a bit, but I agree, it can't pop soon enough. I mean the sooner it pops, the better IMO because it'll hurt the economy less the shorter this bubble runs. That and I'm really getting tired of seeing and hearing nothing but data center news on the tech news sites I regularly visit. I spend a lot of time reading on tom's hardware for well over a decade now, but I only just recently started posting on the forums. Right now, AI is not really all that useful until it's further trained and then placed in a human shaped robot and can actually learn and do things on its own. Robots are really going to be the reason for AI to exist at all. Of course then manual labor jobs get taken over by robots from humans all to cut the bottom line and make as much money as possible as fast as possible. Corporate greed is out of control, we need to reign in all the AI companies that are recklessly charging forward with little regard for the consequences of their actions and the potential risk of an AI going totally rogue and doing really bad things.
