Yandex servers did get hit, and their services did experience interruptions. The thing is, nothing still prevents the hypothetical Russian bots from using X, Quora, or Reddit. None of those are hosted on Yandex, but in the West. All the Russians need to use those is a Western VPN. Reply

Escalation in 2022, and russian attacks on civilian infrastructure are also globally recognized. What indeed happened for the first time here, is the post from your account. So it is easy to assume a good chance of a russian bot activity. Bots in the Cloudflare survey are automation scripts, with no relation to propaganda. Kyiv was invented by a Ukrainian MFA in 2018, just to make it most different from Russian. In your native Ukrainian, there is barely any difference. In English, it is a special phonetics for virtue signaling. Y is a consonant sound, so KY combo should really be read as in KY Jello? Reply
