bigdragon This implies that 1) prices for SSDs are going to drop within the next year, and 2) SK Hynix doesn't want its lunch eaten by CXMT and YMTC. Hopefully we're going to see a war for market share dominance and a big drop in consumer SSD prices. I've already been seeing some wild pricing shenanigans lately with retailers trying to clear inventory and fire sale some Samsung models in particular. Reply
weilin That brand is still alive huh… Maybe they can finally release the firmware update for the P44 pro. It's a carbon copy of the Hynix Platinum P41. The P41 got the FW update for the SLC cache bug but the P44 pro never did… Reply
