They are completely ignoring the air AND noise pollution all these huge data centers generate that's only gonna add to global climate issues which in turns mostly affects everyday Joe and Jane. alan.campbell99 And what are these opportunities the AI data centres will bring? The opportunities for more noise pollution ? For local construction and related firms to be at risk of massive debt? To waste land on white elephants when the bubble deflates? Australia, as it appears to me, is seeing the consequences of climate issues. It would be ironic to contribute by allowing the slop factories to be built there. Reply
