TechieTwo I used and recommended Logitech products for years but they changed. When they ship new defective products and refuse to honor their warranty, I stopped buying their products completely. It does NOT surprise me that they would try to hold onto tariff funds they should refund. It appears to be a corporate mentality instead of honest Biz practices IMO. Reply

While bad, don't single out Logitech for this tariff thing. That is universal. Reply

thestryker I'm mostly curious what the legal basis is for these lawsuits. It would be nice if companies passed on the tariff refunds, but I'm unaware of any sort of legal requirements to do so. Sure the tariffs were deemed illegal, but customers were never the ones paying them in the first place even if they effectively did due to raised prices. Reply

Same, they used to have one of the best warranties, but now it's hell and their mice literally start obliterating batteries more and more over time. Also I hate how they have some models that use nano receivers and unifying receivers on the same exact model!! And they aren't interchangeable. Reply
