This is the kitchen sink of Newegg PC hardware deals, and it's rare to see one so complete, with a whole set of MSI peripherals and a monitor thrown in, too. There are also a few freebies on top to sweeten the deal, including a copy of the new James Bond game, 007 First Light, along with a free year subscription to NordVPN, and a set of transparent keycaps for your keyboard.
This Newegg deal brings together everything you'd need for building a 4K gaming PC, including an RTX 5080 GPU, high-spec Intel CPU, 32GB DDR5, 2TB SSD, Z890 motherboard, along with accessories and peripherals.
First and foremost, this is a 4K gaming PC build in the making. You're getting an MSI GeForce RTX 5080 Ventus 3X OC graphics card in this kit, giving you the performance of one of the most powerful consumer GPUs on sale at the moment. Our GPU benchmarks make it clear what a powerhouse this GPU is for gaming: it'll deliver high frame rates at 4K with ultra graphics presets switched on, with full access to Nvidia's DLSS 4 functionality to help you max out your settings.

On the included MSI 27-inch QD-OLED monitor, worth $579.99 on its own, you'll be hitting 1440p frame rates at 360Hz with ease, although this GPU is 4K-ready and can go higher if you've got the machine to handle it. An epic combo of vibrant colors, fast refresh rates, and a beast graphics card will let you leave 1440p firmly in the dust.
This is an Intel-flavored build as far as the CPU is concerned. Intel might not have the best rap for gaming these days, but the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus included here punches well above its weight overall. Our 270K Plus review confirms that, for productivity, you're getting a serious performer here. While our initial tests didn't give the best impression for gaming, a subsequent retrospective and a lot of retesting for our CPU benchmarks confirmed that the 270K Plus is only slightly behind the last-gen flagship i9-14900K, a still-popular choice in pre-builts, but with far better performance for productivity users.

This build kit comes with an MSI MPG Z890 Carbon WiFi motherboard, which would typically cost $369.99.
Elsewhere, it's a full house: 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6400 RAM (2 x 16GB) is included here, so there's no worry about settling for a slow DDR4 kit. A 2TB MSI M461 NVMe M.2 SSD is included, offering Gen 4 speeds, with that capacity giving you a good amount of space for a decent-sized gaming collection.
An MSI MAG PANO mid-tower ATX case, MAG Coreliquid 360mm AIO cooler, and 1000W MAG A1000GLS 1000W power supply are part of this kit bundle, too, along with a Forge GK600 TKL and Versa 300 keyboard and mouse set. Oh, and 007 First Light, a year's worth of NordVPN, and some clear MSI keycaps are thrown in for free, too.
This is a high-quality set of components, peripherals, and accessories for a high-end gaming PC at any cost, but the $3,189.99 sale price (including that $10 mail-in rebate discount) for this MSI-focused RTX 5080 gaming PC build kit makes it an astonishingly good value. If you fancy saving just under $920 on building a whole spec rig, with a QD-OLED monitor and one of the best GPUs on the market, you'll want to jump on this one, quick.

Roland Of Gilead Damn. Even with the discount, that is a ton load of cash! I remember configuring a machine last year as an upgrade, and was coming in under 2k for a solid build with a 4080, and some nice parts. That's before the ram and storage inflation was in for keeps. Value has gone down, prices way up. Looks like it will be this way for a while :cautious: I guess I'm one of the cohort that will be staying on what was a mid range gamer, and is now almost entry level in some respects, for some time. But hey! Thank god for Frame Gen!! Reply
